- Hygiene Reasons: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of certain items unless they are faulty. These items include swimwear, underwear, cosmetics, candy, and jewelry. Please take extra care when trying on these items, as returns will not be accepted if the hygiene seal is broken or if the item shows any signs of wear.
We cannot accept returns if items show any signs of wear, such as perfume, makeup, or deodorant stains. Please be careful when trying on items at home.
